I am happiest when I am move. I love to run, hike and play outside.

Myofascial Release and massage therapy have often helped me to quickly recover from overuse injuries and pain due to emotional and physical stresses, so that I could return to the freedom and power of active living. Using Myofascial Release, my goal is to allow you to let go of your pain so you can continue participating in the activities you love.

I am from Austin, TX originally, then moved to Reno, NV where I discovered my love for the outdoors. Recently my husband and I moved to Palmer, AK to be closer to family, mountains and to experience a more connected community. We are enjoying each day exploring the Mat-Su Valley, skiing, running and playing with friends and family.

I received my training at Texas Healing Arts Institute and completed their 500 hour massage therapy program in May 2014. In 2015 I opened my massage practice in Palmer and have since completed 212 hours of advanced training in John F Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach®. with plans to continue my education in this approach. I am also currently enrolled in the Somatic Experiencing Practitioner 3 Year Professional Training and a 200 Hour Myofascial Yoga program.

I look forward to sharing this work with you and joining you on your journey to wellness!
